INDIVIDUAL SERVICES
(PSR) services are designed to assist the individual with compensating for or eliminating functional deficits and interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with their mental illness.
(CPST) are goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions intended to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the individual’s individualized treatment plan.
(CI) services are provided to a person who is experiencing a psychiatric crisis and are designed to interrupt and/or ameliorate a crisis experience, via a preliminary assessment, immediate crisis resolution, de-escalation and referral, and linkage to appropriate community services to avoid more restrictive, levels of treatment.
is provided to assess, monitor a consumer’s status in relation to treatment with medication, instruct the recipient, family, significant others, or caregivers of the expected effects of therapeutic doses of medications, administer prescribed medication when ordered by the supervising physician as part of a mental health rehabilitation plan which is inclusive of additional rehabilitation services and supports.

GROUP SERIVES
Is a therapeutic intervention involving the client and one or more of his/her family member. The primary goal of the service is to help the client and family improve their overall functioning in the home, school, work, and community settings.
These services include but are not limited to, individual, group, family counseling, and psychoeducation on recovery and wellness. These programs offer comprehensive, coordinated, and defined services that may vary in level of intensity but are fewer than nine contact hours per week for adults and fewer than six hours a week for adolescents.
These services include, but are not limited to, individual, group, family counseling, and psychoeducational on recovery, as well as monitoring of drug use, medication management, medical and psychiatric examinations, crisis intervention coverage, and orientation to community-based support groups. Intensive outpatient program services shall include evidence-informed practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and multidimensional family therapy.
is typically the initial intake appointment a patient will have it can take 16 minutes in length at a minimum and 60 minutes in length at maximum time.
is used for diagnostic evaluation of new behavioral health concerns and or illnesses, or upon treatment of a new patient. We recommend our patient give us at least 60 minutes to perform a session. If more time is needed for the sessions no longer than 90 minutes, will be needed for the total session.

The initial appointment includes a Diagnostic Assessment Intake. During this assessment, a Clinical Interview will be conducted in which the patient’s symptoms, history, background information, concerns, and initial treatment planning are reviewed to complete this part of the process.
A clinician will then be assigned and a plan for any additional psychological/neuropsychological testing will be determined upon the patient’s follow-up visit with one of our highly trained Doctors.
ASI offers a staff of well-trained to assist in the patient’s services.
ASI coordinates care with ALL PCP and any referring physicians at the time of initial appointment via request form from the patient/family. Additional outgoing referrals may be provided as well at the end of the intake appointment.

Any patient that cancels an appointment with (72 hours) less than three business days’ notice and/or does not show up for their appointment will be charged a fee of:
Testing Cancellations: A considerable amount of time is scheduled for testing appointments. Cancellations for Testing require 3 business days advanced notice to avoid a cancellation fee. There is a $75.00 cancellation/no show fee for each testing appointment that is not canceled with 3 business days advanced notice
